Coil Pipe Technical Parameters Set By The Manufacturer:
1) Stainless Steel Pipe Measurement Range:outer diameter: 6-19mm; wall thickness: 0.41-1.5mm; the measurement tolerance as per ASTM A269
2) The outer diameter of the coil pipe>500mm; the inner diameter of the coil pipe<1000mm
3) The height of the coil pipe:200mm-400mm
4) Max.length of each coil:<1000M min.length of each coil:>6m
5) General delivery length:200m-800m
6) Physical properties of bright-annealed coil pipe:A. ratio of elongation no less than 55% B. surface hardness no greater 170HV C. tensile strength no less than 550N/MM2 D. yield strength no less than 220N/MM2 E. bending angke>1800; mon.bending radius<1.5*pipe diameter
7) Physical properties of general coil pipe (without bright annealing):A. ratio of elongation no less than 35% B. surface hardness greater than 180HV C. tensile strength>600N/MM2 D. yield strength>280N/MM2 E.bending angle>900; bending radius>2*pipe diameter
8) Pressure resistance property:take 8*0.5*c coil pipe as an example, the work pressure to be borne by the inner wall is no less than 60BAR
