Specifications

Mould steel used for making hot squeezing moulds, forging moulds and embedded lumps.

 Mould steel AISI H13(DIN 1.2344, GB 4Cr5MoSiV1).

1) Chemicial composition: C=0.32~0.45, Si=0.80~1.20, Mn=0.20~0.50, Cr=4.75~5.50,

Mo=1.10~1.75, V=0.80~1.20, P≤0.025, S≤0.025.

2) Delivery condition: EAF or ESR, hot rolled or forged, black or machined surface, annealed, hardness: HBS≤229.

3) Application: used for making hot squeezing moulds, forging moulds and embedded lumps, like: aluminium alloy and copper alloy casting moulds.
