Carbon steel usually used for making injection palstic moulds, mould frames and some middle-range machines.

Carbon steel AISI 1045(DIN 1.1191, JIS S45C, GB 45).

1) Chemicial composition: C=0.40~0.50, Si=0.20~0.30, Mn=0.60~0.70, P≤0.016, S≤0.008,

Cr≤0.023, Ni≤0.014, Als≤0.005, Cu=0.010~0.018.

2) Delivery condition: EAF or ESR, forged, black or machined surface, annealed, hardness: HBS≤229.

3) Application: usually used for making injection palstic moulds, mould frames and some middle-range machines.
