4.Spinning part adopts electronic control and cooperates with robot joint reducer (back interval less than larc.min); be capable of setting spinning degree randomly(set by upper computer) and setting each string’s spinning angle singlely.
5.Glass location device belongs to hand wheel type and intensifying type; the time to change glass is short and no need to use other tools like wrench.
6.Opening system and reserving about 30 percent hardware interfaces is convenient to the interface control of equipment and auxiliary devices.
7.Appropriative operational interface, it is unnecessary for operators to know ‘G’ code, they just need to set the needed index such as position, angle, speed, time delay on the control screen; besides the monitoring interface is more suitable for state perambulating of ordinary operator.
8.Comprehensive breakdown code; In the upper interface, there are series of device operating state such ‘state surveillance’‘implementing code’ ‘servo operating coda’ ‘outputting surveillance’ ‘inputting surveillance’ ‘jointing signal surveillance’, which shortens the time to maintain, perambulate, service the device and helps to analysis the operating state of the device according to those codes.
