Scope of application:
It complete all position welding and cutting in wheeled magnetic crawling way.It is suitable for the welding and cutting of industrial field ,such as all positions welding of tank ,storage tank ,nuclear safety shell ,hull longitudinal seam joints ,steel pipe;the cutting of ball plate ,head plate ,sheet and sheel plate bevel.
Performance characteristics:
1 It can complete the spatial curved bevel cutting and multi-passes welding in high quality with tracking the weld seam and scribing by vision sensor,without manual adjustment.
2 Robot with turning function can complete the arc walk ,control the speed in a stepless and accurate way.
3 The weld pool monitoring system can clearly observe the melting pool and the pass of welding ,reduces the welding workers labor intensity ,reduces the adverse effect of welding process on the body.
4Welding oscillator can complete various forms of swing ,set the parameters of swing flexibly.
5 Robot can adjust the parameters of cutting and welding process by wireless remote control ,it's convenient and quick.
