Scope of application
This machine can be applied to various industrial fields,such as Ocean engineering,Steel structure,Chemical
pressure container and Bridge etc.It can be appiled to tube square groove cutting,include multi-tube space intersecting and small angle cutting in Ocean engineering,especially suitable for super long and
superheavy tube and tube with fixed length in Ocean engineering and Bridge.The cutting groove meet the
AWS welding standard.
Our equipment has completed the first domestic self-elevating offshore platform construction of pipe
intersecting line cutting.Our company has been committed to steel structure cutting in Ocean engineering,
and has accumulated a large number of engineering experience in cutting industray,can provide applicable
solutions to our customer.
Product features
*This machine is a mutiple-axis CNC intersecting line cutting system,it can tubes of various complex
intersection form in Ocean engineering and steel structure cutting.
*With the original cutting mode of fixed pipe and equipment rotation,we uccessfully avoid cutting defects
caused by pipe of non-standard,achieve high cutting precision.
*No cutting zone,saving in material,infinitized by length and weight of pipe etc make it especially suitable
for super long and superheavy tube and tube with fixed length in Ocean engineering and Bridge.
*Compact structure,handling without dismounting,the overall transport.
*Can be used for square tube multi-pipe intersection and circular pipe small angle cutting.
