Features and advantage:
1. Total insulation;
2. Deep melting pool, big aspect ratio,high flame space;
3. Equipped with Pre-combustion room, stable and strong flame;
4. Throat with offset,double flow mouth with lift (easy to change raw meterial and adjust formula, flexible);
5. Glass liquid level controlled by the automatic control system(accuracy between ±0.2mm);
6. Totally sealed screw feeder, continuously automatic excavator etc;
7.The furnace is equipped with two burners, which work alternately every 30 minutes, using PLC control system.

1.What is the shape of the solid sodium silicate?
Re:There are two shapes of solid sodium silicate,one is lump,nearly pyramid.Another is granule,nearly cullet.
2.What is the raw material to produce sodium silicate?
Re:Most customers choose Na2CO3 and quartz sand.
3.How long will it take to finish a sodium silicate production line?
Re:For example,one 30tons production line from the preparations to trial production will take about 200-220days.
4.For the formal quotation,what shall be informed?
