Long-term luminous powder
1. The using life of long-term luminous powder is more than 15 years, its
absorbing time is 15 to 20 mins, the glowing time is 10 to 12 hours. Suited for several industries.
2.The powder size from 10 to 400 mesh can be provided. With the same raw materials, the brightness of the coarse powder is higher, glowing longer,it could meet the customer’s request for the high brightness.
However, the brightness of the fine powder is a bit lower, but it has better dispersion, and the product which produced will be more smooth.
3. Long afterglow luminous powder is a new type of strontium aluminate luminescent materials, which activated by rare earth, compared with the traditional ZNS luminescent powder, it is non-toxic, non-radioactive, with good stability of physical and chemical performance.
TWO-Luminous powder application
Luminous powder has the unique decoration & warning function, widely used in advertising, decoration, the dark channel of plant. The warning of high pressure, danger, hole, construction site, low energy lighting of the military installations, public places, warning system, subway, railway stations, airports, ports, highways, urban streets, shopping malls, office buildings, apartments, entertainment place, cinema, playground, scenic spot, gymnasium, exhibition centers, schools, hospitals ,and the emergency evacuation system. Embodied in the stairs, corridor, metope, floor, deck, lifeboat, life-saving equipment, fire control facilities and also can be used in clocks and watches, button, field instrument, indicator, radios, cameras, general accessories, apparel products, power switch, the fishing tools etc.
THREE-Luminous powder using method
The new long afterglow luminous powder can be mixed into the plastic, suggest to add quantity: 5-20%; Suggest to add into coating, printing ink: 30-50%; Suggest to add into polyester artwork: 30-50%; Suggest to add into glaze: 25-40%. Suggest to add into luminous paint: 4060% (the weight of the paint); the solvent paint will be recommended, Waterbased paint could be use after handling the luminous powder.
Notes:
A, Luminous pigment has big specific gravity, pay attention to mix uniformity.
B, The metal material has great influence to the luminous performance, avoiding to contact with metal materials.
C, Luminous pigment was slightly dissolved in water, decomposing in acid, so it can not be applied to water-soluble system and acid system.
D, According to your manufacturing process, choose the right size of luminous pigment.
E, It should be stored in ventilated, dry environment, pay attention to moisture proof, the surplus powder should be sealed.
F, The particle size is bigger, the luminous brightness is better. But we suggest that, choose the right size of luminous pigment as your manufacturing process.
1. Packing: the product use waterproof plastic bag as the inner packing, outer packing packed in plastic drum, can also make as customer’s requirements.
2. Transportation: prevent the collision, squeezing, weathered, upside down.
