Electrician Copper Wire Blank
Product standard: GB/T3952-1998
According to the requirement of wide customer our company can produce copper single
wire and bared wire, etc
with any specification.
The diameter of wire blank and its allowable deviation should be in conformity
with the regulations in following list:

Mechanical property
The mechanical property of copper wire blank should be in conformity with the
regulations in following list. Hard copper wire blank after anneal should meet the requirement
of elongation of hot state product with relative brand in following list.

Torsion characteristic
T1, T2 and T3 brand copper wire with 6.0~22.0mm of diameter should carry out torsion test.
After torsion it should not appear the defects such as wrinkle, impurity, etc.
The bright metallic crack is not as the judged basis of reject.

Surface quality
1, Copper wire blank should be round and tidy, the size should be uniform.
2, Copper wire blank surface should not exist in frilling, flash, crack, impurity and
other harmful defect for use.
