Introduction:
Chain drag conveyor is a kind of measuring equipment for feeding control, dynamic measuring and continuous conveying bulk material and powder.
It controls the flow amount and flow direction of the material passing the screw conveyor according to technical requirements to realize automatic management. Our chain drag conveyor can be widely used in building materials, chemicals, coal, ports, ceramics, food, and other industries.
There are four main kinds of conveying equipments for you reference:

- Equipped with explosion relief port, it can prevent dust explosion and ensure safety.
- Adopt anti-back device, which prevent product blockage caused by equipment stoppage.
- Adopt EP belt, low extendibility, endurable and reliable.
- Feeding could be in both shaft-end and upwards direction.
- Adjusting plate adopts sealing treatment, no leakage of product when tensioning the belt by screw device.
- Middle casing adopts specialized edge-meshing combination process, with high strength and good sealing.
- Optional with off-tracking alarm and speed monitor system.
- Compact struction, beautiful appearance, high output and high conveying capability.
- Rubber convering technology is adopted for head pulley to increase friction coefficient and prevent belt from slipping.
2.U-shaped Chain Conveyor(TGSU Series)
- "U" shaped trough,scrapers finely made of undustrial plastic with excellent wear resistant performance.
- Conveyor body :4mm carbon steel.
- Cover plate:2mm carbon steel;40Mn high strength chain,ultra high molecular weight polyethylene scraper;jam alarm and stall alarm.
- Self-cleaning type used for horizontally conveying powder and granular materials.
- Low noise.,little material residue,long service time.
3.Belt conveyor
- A continuous conveyor
- Transport a large number of materials in horizontal direction or small inclined direction.
- Increase productivity,Reduce production costs & labor intensity.
4.Screw Conveyor(TLSS Series)
- Seamless steel pipe for main shaft, solid shaft cylinder 3mm steel for convey shaft.
- Blade made by 4mm steel UCF shaft end.
- Equipped with a stock sealing device added at the discharger end.
