Brief introduction of China Best Expanded Polystyrene EPS Foam Block Molding Machine
The heating treatment bring the chain plate a high strength, non-deformation and high resistance to the expansive force from high-density products.
Thicker main body is milled by the Longmen miller. And that provides a high degree of accuracy. The moulding process is in the vacuumenvironment which ensures the united density.
Painting makes the machine be waterproof and antioxidation. All of these ensures a longer term service than ordinary machine.
Usage of China Best Expanded Polystyrene EPS Foam Block Molding Machine (all data from Chinese market):
Use expanded polystyrene beads to make EPS blocks.
For building& construction insulation, density is about 15-18 kg/m3.
For sandwich panels’ core, eps panels’ density is around 5-15 kg/m3.
1 Block molding density: 4.5-40 kg/m3
2 Steam pressure: 0.6-0.8 Mpa
3 Compressed air pressure: 0.6-0.8 Mpa
