I. EPS lost foam production line mainly includes 3 parts:
1. EPS pre-expander: it’s used to make EPS raw material to foamed beads
2. EPS shape molding machine: it’s used to make foamed beads to kinds of lost foam shaped products.
3. Mould:it’s hang in the shape molding machine to make different products.
Working flow
A.EPS pre-expander machine
It turns eps raw material (expanded polystyrene) to big and light foam beads through steam heating. With PLC and touch screen to realize full automatic production for feeding, heating and ejecting foam beads.

C. Moulds
Standard export packaging:
Outer package: standard export wooden cases.
Inner package: plastic paper or wrapped with stretch film and etc.
Shipment:
By sea from Shanghai or Ningbo port
By train from Ningbo station
By truck from Kashgar, Urumuqi or other checkpoint
