Applications:
DXCW seriescanvas welding machine is special for canvas welding. It is widely used for welding tarpaulin, tent, movie screen, membrane structure, advertisement cloth, methane-generating pit, impounding reservoir, swimming pool, etc.
1. There is cavity designed specially for putting material conveniently.
2. Special grounding device makes the machine more stable.
3. It adopts coaxial output tuner which makes the output powerful. Meanwhile, it adopts 5557 sparking device to protect mold well. The welding time can be adjusted according to different material and thickness.
Working principle:
Molecule occur polarization under the action of high frequency electric field, and put in order according to the direction of electric field,but it will change the direction rapidly under the high frequency electric field to emit heat and weld quickly.
