BH-800II triplex single acting mud pump is the new model pump. It takes the advantage of high efficiency, light weight and novelty construction, being ideal equipment for drilling, workover and completion operation.

Structural Features:
a. The pinion is herringbone gear.It has the features of high strength and long service life.
b. For the pinion shaft uses two pieces and mid-support, it improves the pinion strenght greatly.
c. The main bearing carrier are closed annular type, the oil reservoir lies below to lower the pump gravity center, which inproves pump stabillity.
d. Crankshaft combines casting shaft with eccentric cam. The casting shaft is forged from alloy steel and the eccentric cam cast from alloy steel. It can with stand higher load.
e. The big and small ends of the connecting rods uses roller bearing.
f. The power and utilizes the combination of splash lubrication and forced lubrication.
g. Input shaft uses mechanical seal. No spare parts.
h. Lower slides uses tin bronze and upper sildes uses iron casting (long service life).
i. Vertical fluid cylinders fluid flowing smoothly.(suction high efficiency)
j. The liner and piston uses force spray cooling to prolong the service lige.
k. API 7# is used in valve assy. The valve seat hole processing by roll to prolong the service life.
l. Fluid end use british system, the spare parts can exchange with PZ8 pump.
m. Lighter than comparable pumps 4.5 tons.
