SPC-300TH Water well drilling rig is used for hydrogeologic prospecting, digging water wells for industrial and agricultural purposes, drilling shallow oil well and surface casing hole. The rig can drill with reverse circulation pump sets. If the rig is equipped with air compressor, swivel with dual air and water channel and dual-wall drill pipe, it can drill with airlift reverse circulation. The rig can drill beyond layer D, i.e. clay layer, sandy layer, decomposed rock and bedrock etc with a drilling depth of 984ft (300m).
All the components of the rig, including the clutch drive hosing, the transmission case, the rotary table, the winches, the guide tension system, the derrick, the mud pump, the sub frame, and the operation system, are installed on STEYR chassis (model: ZZ2322M4650G), The main drive style is mechanical, and the control mechanism is partial hydraulic while partial mechanic.
