Electrical common trouble:
1: Special problem:When in work the vibration rod out of order(LED turn to red).Please cut off power immediately and snip the strip,remove the 5 screws of base. Next,loose the base and vibration rod, take the strip out, check the machine. Please open the plastic housing, check the travel switch.
2: If machine dosen’t work when you press the welding and tension button,please check the machine and switch.
3: If strip’s width change ,when press welding button, vibration rod turn to up immediately and diode turn to red,please adjust the time and space of toothedplate,extend the vibration rod and welding toothedplate,take the spacer out.
