2. Equipment Features:
1) The machine adopts imported PLC programmable controller and the man-machine interface display screen control system, which realizes integration of the machine electricity and gas. It has manual or automatic optional function.
2) Main strapping machine core or the whole machine can be moved back and forth with butt-joint type wear band, so it can realize the more reliable strapping on-line.
3) Modular framework and aluminum alloy belt make it more convenient to dismounting, install and adjust the machine. The host is equipped with exhaust system, which is much cleaner and more environmental.
4) Strapping belt can be adjustable at any time, so it is convenient to operate.
5) Malfunction of equipment is equipped with the fault alarm lamp, so when there is fault during production, it can automatically alarm and downtime.

Instruction For Pallet Strapping Machine
♦The machine is suitable for combined with conveyor line to using.
♦Width add to height than 2 meter that need to add a small motor for ensure the smooth strapping.(width and height is frame size).if than 3 meter need to add two small motors on frame.
♦Height must than 700mm of packing product.because adhesive part height is 580mm from the ground.
♦The machine is movement of mobile when strapping.it's mobile distance is 250mm to 400mm.
