and also groove with length and width larger than 80*30mm.
Work Principle:
When the pickup driven by a driver is making a linear uniform motion along the test surface, the contact stylus in perpendicular with the work surface is moving up and down on the work surface. Its motion is converted into electric signals, which are amplified, filtered and transformed into digital signals through A/D. The signals are then processed by the DSP into Ra and Rz values before displayed on the screen.
1. 4 kinds of measurement parameters: RA, Rz, Rq and Rt.
2. Calibration specimens used optical glass substrate, high precision, hard to scratch, and long service life.
3. Use high speed DSP processor for data processing and calculation, higher accuracy.
4. With calibration function, simple operation.
5. LCD display, high brightness, wide viewing angle, with LCD backlit, easy to use in low light and the darkness.
6. Use lithium-ion rechargeable battery, long hours work, no memory effect, short charge time and long battery life.
7. Improve circuit performance, lower operating voltage, power consumption and noise reduced.
8. Improved sensor-driven, assembled a more accurate, more stable measurement.
9. With the necessary measuring tips and low voltage alarm tips.
10. Sensor head protection, effective protection of the sensor probe to ensure measurement accuracy.
