HJ BOGIE Characters
1. Over -loading Bogie. HJ bogie & trailer axle beam, which has the advantages of small, high intensity, over loading capability and not easy to distort, is made of high intensity alloy plank, and it is once formed by 1200T oil manometer and connected by shielded arc welding.
2. Stable and Long use life. HJ axle bearing position is used the grinder machine to machine to keep the concentricity. After process, to limit concentric degree within 0.02MM strictly.

Characteristics of HJ BPW Drum Type Bogie suspension :
1. HJ 24T,28T ,32Tand 36T drum type Bogie with high precision, which can ensure diagonal tolerance of two axle (L1-L2) less than or equal to 5mm, also can ensure distance of two axle (L3-L4) less than 3mm. If have special requirement, it can be control within 1.5mm.
2.HJ 32T drum type bogie with axle use advanced punching techology,distance between holes on the mounting plate control within 0.5mm.
3. HJ 32T drum type bogie with axle, upper and lower spring seat use qualified forging material. Interior metal is more compacting, long service life andc high yield strength. Tensile strength reachs 420MPa, yield strength reachs 235MPa.
4. HJ drum type bogie use H62 pure brass bush and Mobil grease, work steadily and efficiently even in the extreme case.
5.Equalizer beam welding: there are special requirement to machine a groove onthe oil seal seat and use specialized tools to press the oil seal seat in order to ensure the distance torlerance less than or equal to 1mm.
6.Upper and lower spring seat welding: welding the plate first andf then mill to ensure parallelism tolerance less than or equal to 0.1mm; use specialized tool to ensure the distance tolerance within 0.5mm.
7.On the process of positioning four pins, the key is to ensure the position of center hole of leaf spring and pin hole. We use drilling jig for leaf spring based on the center hole of leaf spring, and that three holes are machined at the same time to ensure the three holes on the same line; reduce the distance tolerance of pin hole between center holwe to ensure the axle and leaf spring is vertical.
8.Except for using small U bolt to fix leaf spring and axle, also fixed by four pins between on the leaf spring pad and upper plate, it is our patent( patent no: ZL 2013 2 0139053.2) , with our patented technology , the tire for the bogie will be worn less than other ordinary bogie supplied by other companies. also our bogie's mounting bolt hole on the mounting pad are all punched which have less cumulated dimension error , that make the assembly to the truck much easier . Use specialized tool to ensure two axles parallel when assembly, ensure two axles parallel by the pin positioning even fully loaded vehicle on the strong impact. Ensure vehicle work under bearing stress evenly and reduce wear for tyre.
