1.HJ bogie & trailer axle beam, which has the advantages of small, high intensity, over loading capability and not easy to distort, is made of high intensity alloy plank, and it is once formed by 1200T oil manometer and connected by shielded arc welding.

2.     HJ axle head, which was processed by digital controlled lathe, is made of alloy material. The bearing position is processed by the method of introduction hardening, therefor, it can provide superior anti-fatigue and wearable capability. In this situation, it is no need to heat the bearing for fixing.

3.     HJ axle bearing position is used the grinder machine to machine to keep the concentricity. After process, to limit concentric degree within 0.02MM strictly.

4.     HJ brake lining is high performance, non-asbestos, non-pollution and long using life.    To make check and re-place easy, HJ brake lining install the alert of exhaustion to increase safety.

5.     HJ use world famous brand grease, which can provide high lubricative performance hereby, can protect bearing well.

6.     HJ bearing is over loading capability, high rotate speed, good intensity, abrade resistant and heat resistant.
