Equipment Functions:
Mainly used in PV solar industry, Laminating the EVA plate, TPT plate, glass, string soldered solar cells together into solar panel by vacuum extraction and oil heating.
USE : As the equipment of manufacturing solar module limited to laminate glass, EVA (EthyleneVinyl Acetate Sheet), solar cell and back sheet.

Safety assurance:
1. Setting hydraulic pressure safety lock:
When the power is off suddenly or the cover is opened in place, the top cover will automatically lock in the present position and not fall down, which ensure the safety of operator.
2. Setting emergency button switches:
Pressing it when the accident happens. The laminator will cut off the main power suply and top cover will remain in situ. Guaranteeing that the accident has been solved and treated well.
3. Alarm system: setting oil starvation alarm, over-temperature alarm, up-vacuum alarm, upcaps the undervoltage malfunction alarm, the vacuum pump malfunction alarm, the heating malfunction alarm, the temperature measurement module malfunction alarm, illegal opration malfunction alarm, totally eight sets of warning device to ensure the accuracy and normal of working state and increase finished product yield.
4. Setting emergency opening deice.
When power is off suddenly, the top cover of laminator can be opened and the components can be taken out an reprocessed, which solved the problem thant the components couldn't be processed in time and become scrap because of power down for long time.
5. Equipment control circuit uses low-voltage control.
Which can provide convenience for maintenance personnel and increase the security factor.
Structure Features:
1.Touch screen steering structure.
Leading technology, pretty appearance, compact structure, and convenient operation.
2.The seal ring is placed overhead to extend the service life.
3.Power arm balancing and lifting structure makes the opening and closing of upper room more stable and safer.
4.Anti-fold structure of the rubber plate could extend the service life of the rubber plate.
5.Use finishing thick steel plate as heating platform.
