Cooperation Procedure:
a) First send us an inquiry for quote, please be specific on on products name , performance requirements ,how many pcs per pack, packing and your quantity.
b) Then we will response to your request within 24 hours with an item including description, unit price information.
c) We may contact you for clarification or options during this price quote, please do not hesitate to call or email us if you have any further necessary revisions.
d) Free samples if you need, just need you undertake the shipping charge.
e) After confirming all information by you,we’ll prepare a cost of Purchase Agreement; we'll attach the bank information in the PI. 30% T/T deposit and 70%T/T balance should be paid before shipping.
f) When receive the 30% deposit, we will confirm your artwork and packing design and start production your products.After we finished the production and receive the 70% balance, we'll arrange the shipment foryou at once.
g) After you receive the products and during sales, any question we can do for you, please feel free let me know.

Q: What is the electric bike conversion kit?
A: The kit is designed to transform your standard bicycle(manual pedal power)to an electric-powered by a motor and battery pack.
Q: Will the conversion kit fit my bicycle?
A: The conversion was designed to fit 90% of the bicycles, and you can check your bicycle fork(the two metal pieces that attach the wheel to the bicycle) to be sure. You will need at least 100mm for front wheel and 135mm for rear wheel.
Q: How far can I go on one charge?
A: This varies depending on usage, your specification will affect the your battery performance and life. And mostly of the battery have a cycle life of more than 700charges.
Q: How long does it take to recharge the battery?
A: usually it takes 4—6 hours.
Q: Does the electric bicycle waterproof?
A: Yes. You can ride our electric bikes in the light rain without worrying about damaging the electric components.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: For the ebike conversion kit the MOQ is 20PCS. And for the electric bicycle the MOQ is 30PCS.
Q: What is the production and delivery time?
A: Production time is from 15 to 40days. Depending on the quantity and model.
Q: How do you ship samples?
A:Considering sample quantity is not big, we support ship samples by DHL/FedEx, fast and less damages
Q: What is your Terms of Payment?
A:Generally we accept T/T, west union, Paypel,deposit 30% and balance before shipment, please contact us for more details.
Q:How to ship one sample ?
A:One sample is better shipping by express ,like DHL,FEDEX, by sea shipping ,the cost is low ,even free,but nearly all destination port charge is high ,the cost similar as air shipping,but air shipping save a lot of time .
