Model 421000 horizontal double column & stepless regulation band saw is suitable for cutting metal and non-metal with big diameter and big section material, also it is suitable for cutting section steel, sheet material, aluminum, mould material and so on.

Double stepless regulation: Sterpless linear speed and feeding speed of sawblade is adopted in this machine, so as enable to ensure the saw blade can berunning-in in different saw speed, thus prolong the life-span of the saw blade.

Double column: Stable double columns structures ensure the steadinessduring sawing and enhance the sawing quality, so as to prolong the life-span ofsaw blade.

Hydraulic clamping: Clamping devices locate at two sides of saw blade, thetwo sides clamping device ensure the sawtooth free of damaging by thesudden falling owing to cutting off the workpiece. Bundle cutting is also available by adding upper pressing device to ensure the cutting quality.

Automatic tracking of hydraulic system: It can control the feeding volume andachieve the flexibility cutting, so as to prolong the life-span of saw blade. The machine features big sawing force, high load-bearing, small cutting notch, high precision.
