Performance characteristics of YTQU125
1. Excellent performance of engine: 6LTAA8.9-C295 horsepower Cummins diesel engine, strong power and reliable performance. The engine adopts two control modes including hand throttle and foot throttle, which can save energy and provide high efficiency.
2. Chassis is easily installed and disassembled during transportation and it provides high reliability and good stability during working: The base, with X-shaped welded box-type structure, is connected to the crawler frame through power pin. This is easy for assembly and disassembly; quick-change connectors are installed on the hydraulic pipes of the lower vehicle, which are convenient for assembling and disassembling the pipes during transportation period. The built-in traveling reductor improves the passing ability of the whole machine. The support leg cylinder can rotate and withdraw. When the cylinder is working, it can increase the supporting distance, increasing the stability of the cylinder. However, when the cylinder is not working, it can be withdrawn, in order to reduce the transport size and make the lifting operations be easy.
3. Easy and convenient operation: hydraulic system is equipped with pilot proportional control valve; all operating handles and fool valves have automatic reset function; support leg cylinder and pin cylinder are controlled manually, increasing the security during installation.
4. High safety: It is equipped with safety devices such as swing locking device for rotary table of upper-vehicle, anti-overturn device for boom, limiting device for the lifting of arm frame, over-rolling protection device for winch and lock mechanism for winch ratchet. (The main hoist and auxiliary hoist, as well as luffing device, adopt build-in reductor which is equipped with wet-type and maintenance-free brake)
5. User-friendly design: A-shaped frame, lift cylinder, air-conditioning, adjustable seat (which can be adjusted forwards, downwards, leftwards and rightwards) and pilot main switch for cutting off the power source when driver gets off the vehicle, etc. Efficient, convenient and safe electric pump is provided. The maximum counterweight weight is 6 tons, so 8 tons truck crane can be used for assembly. This can reduce installation costs for users.
