LH type electric hoist double-girder overhead cranes
is one crane running on rails, matched with electric hoists. Lifting weight 1~32t, work span 7.5~22.5m,
working level A3~A5, most used in general hoist places, such as manufacturing plants, assembly plants
and warehouses.
Crane structures:
Girders - box structure welded by steel plates,
Beams - box structure welded by U-shape beams of pressed steel plates,
Main beams use M20 high-strength bolts to form the load-bearing structures.
(Remarks: main-vice hooks can be adopted)
This crane is separately driven, the conical motor matches with the gearing of “dual-closed, single-opened” type to drive wheels.
The crane running motor has two types, one is single/double speed tapered squirrel-cage motor (20, 30, 45m/min, used in the ground operation); the other is tapered rotor winding motor (45, 60, 75m/min, used in cab operation). The crane is equipped with safety devices, such as
hoisting height limit switch, travel switch.
Double operations for choice: ground operation, cab operation;
Double cab structures for choice: end door, side door
Technical Parameters:
5~10t (single hook)
16~20t (main-vice hooks)
