Application:
PVC small profile extrusion machine line is mainly used in PVC door & window profile material, wide door plate, window plate, extrusion of multi- holes pipe for passing through lines (four holes, six holes, seven holes nine holes, etc.). For different sectional surface and molds.
PVC Small Plastic Profile Extrusion Machine --- advantages:
1.Needless granulating of materials, mixed with wood powder, the material can be directly used to extrude wood-plastic profiles.
It's a new environment-protecting product, which combines the wood powder and plastic powder at a certain percent
2.Also suitable material:Wood powder, PVC+ Wood powder.
3.Applicable for producing salver, packaging box board and decorative sheets, etc.
4.The down stream equipment includesvacuum calibration and cooling unit,haul off unit, cutting machine and stacker.The calibration unit is equipped with large forced cooling system so that it can provide perfect calibration effect.
5.The haul-off unit uses two lines of caterpillar.The lower one is fixed and the upper one can be adjusted according to the plate size.
