PVC UPVC WPC board extruder machine Features:
PVC board extruder machine is the manufacture facilities of PVC plastic profile materials, including window and door series profile, plate, sheet, foamed profile and foamed ornament plate. The bid size plastic door and window profile production line is developed by our corporation. Adopting the advanced technology from abroad, and formed a complete system with twin conical screw extruder. It features high automation degree, stable work performance, high capacity and high efficiency.
Mould:
PVC UPVC WPC board extruder machine---- advantages:
1.Needless granulating of materials, mixed with wood powder, the material can be directly used to extrude wood-plastic profiles.
2.Also suitable material: PE, PP+ Wood powder, PVC+ Wood powder.
3.Applicable for producing salver, packaging box board and decorative sheets, etc.
4.PVC Profile Production Line has compact structure, good plastification, high output, long life and other advantages. This line uses SJZ92 conical twin-screw extruder with DC motor, imported electronic components and PT100 platinum resistance, which provide wide adjusting range and precise temperature control.
5.The down stream equipment includesvacuum calibration and cooling unit,hauloff unit, cutting machine and stacker.The calibration unit is equipped with large forced cooling system so that it can provide perfect calibration effect. 6.The haul-off unit uses two lines of caterpillar.The lower one is fixed and the upper one can be adjusted according to the plate size.
7.The cutting machine is equipped with PLC control system which helps to set length and provide accurate automatic cutting. The stacker is covered with rubber grip blocks to prevent products from damage

Raw material +wood power+ additive → mixing → granulating → conical twin-screw extruder → profile extrusion mould → cool molding die → vacuum calibration support → belt haul-off → cutter → rack → finished product
