Feature:
The doors& windows profile/WPC profiles is widely used as window and door profile etc., as well as decorative material, which is made of PVC powder.
PVC Window Profile Making Machine advantages:
1.Needless granulating of materials, mixed with wood powder, the material can be directly used to extrude wood-plastic profiles.
2.Also suitable material: PE, PP+ Wood powder, PVC+ Wood powder.
3. Vacuum setting has applied special enlarged vortex cooling system which is good for cooling and calibrating so as to meet demand of high speed extruding. Movement speed and drawing speed of cutting machine keep synchronous.
Applicable for producing salver, packaging box board and decorative sheets, etc.
4.PVC Profile Production Line has compact structure, good plastification, high output, long life and other advantages.
This line uses SJZ92 conical twin-screw extruder with DC motor, imported electronic components and PT100 platinum resistance, which provide wide adjusting range and precise temperature control.

Within one year, if there is some accessory going wrong, we will send you the accessory at once, free of charge.
1). Within one month, if the machine is of any big fails, we will send you a new machine.
2). Within one year, if you send back the equipment for repair, we will be responsible for the repair, including the changes of accessories; Both of them are free of charge.
3). After one years, we offer to repair the machine, but we quire for the cost of the changed parts, not for manual cost.
4). No responsibility for man-made destroy.
5). If the buyer has any questions from our technical department, we can supply on-line service Or we can send professional engineers to help you debug them.
