Application:
1.This pelletizing line is mainly suitable for processing and granulating PP/PE/PC/PS material,it uses single screw extruder,much more econimical and useful.
2.The pelletizing line can be used to color mixing and pelletizing to produce colored granules.
3.High effective and production capacity.
4.Good at processing heat-sensitive material and devolatilization operation.
PP PE Recycled Plastic Granulator Machine ------ Detailed description:
1. Conveyor:convey PP PE film or flakes into compactor.
2. PP PE film force feeding machine:force feed film chips,rigid scraps into extruder,to make the the production capacity high and stable.
3.Extruding system:plasticizing material and exhausting gas.
4.High speed Net exchanging system and Die-head:filter material impurity,to make production more stable.
5.water ring pelletizing machine:cutting pellets in water.
6.Water tank:cooling pellets.
7.Dewater machine:make pellets dry.
8.Vibration sieve:remove bad pellet and keep good pellet.
9.Air Blower:convey good pellets into silo.
10:Storage silo:keep pellet.
1. The process of this automatic production line for plastic extrusion and pelletizing is as following:
Extruding----water cooling----drying----cutting---pelletizing.
