System Configuration
Processing capacity can be 100-800kg/h
PP PE Double Stage Plastic Granule Producing Machine-- include:
1.Belt conveyor: feed the clean films or bags into the cutting compactor.
2.Metal detector:check whether there is metal in the films or bags, protect the blades of cutting compact and screws.
3.Cutting compactor:cut the materials again and make materials shrink, then force feed the shrunk material into the extruder. For the same capacity, the power consumption is only 50% of the agglomerator.
4.Single screw extruder: for plasticizing the materials and exhausting the gas, it is made of 38CrMoAlA generally.
5.hydraulic screen changer: filter the impurities, improve the granules quality
6.Water ring Pelletizer:includes mould and pelleting blades, we can provide both vertical type and horizontal type.
7.Water cooling tank: use circular water for cooling the granules immediately after pelleting cut.
8.Vibration screen:to filter out non-standard pellets and get even uniform quality pellets.
9.Vertical dewatering machine: convey the granules helically from bottom to top, the rotary rotor and the stainless screen help to drain the water, and convey the granules out from the machine
10.Blower system:use the blower to blow the granules to the storage silo through the SS304 pipe.
11.Storage silo:for storing the final pellets.
12.Control system: use SUZHOU SIEMENS contactor, Omron temperature controller, ABB or Japan Yolico inverter and China famous electrical components.
8.Fan drying machine & Hopper
1.The process of this automatic production line for plastic extrusion and pelletizing is as following:
Extruding----water cooling----drying----cutting---pelletizing.

We have 1 year warranty, and lifetime maintenance.
Within one year, if there is some accessory going wrong, we will send you the accessory at once, free of charge.
1). Within one month, if the machine is of any big fails, we will send you a new machine.
2). Within one year, if you send back the equipment for repair, we will be responsible for the repair, including the changes of accessories; Both of them are free of charge.
3). After one years, we offer to repair the machine, but we quire for the cost of the changed parts, not for manual cost.
4). No responsibility for man-made destroy.
5). If the buyer has any questions from our technical department, we can supply on-line service Or we can send professional engineers to help you debug them.
