Application:

3D printing filament is a new type of high-tech printing material which is widely used in normal life. The main plastic material is ABS, PLA, PA etc. In the future, the technology will deeply affect people’s life just like the computer, Now this technology is just started in developed countries such as USA, UK etc. So it is a very moment to get into this area and get early investment, in the future this technology will drive a high-tech revolution.
3D printer has been used by designers, engineers and scientists to produce the disposable mechanical products and model, and it is already widely used in health care, education, toys, building, automobile, electronics, and anime field.
Feature:
I . Before produce extruding filament ,we will dry ABS and PLA for a enough time (3-5 hours).
II. Mix with colors masterbatch or colors powder, all which .certified with ROHS.
2.Production process:
I. we have diameter laser detect kits to control extruding rate on line, when diameter smaller or higher than accept range, the laser detect kits will adjust the extruding rate faster or slower to make diameter range at acceptable.
PLA 3D printer filament is 210-235°C, melting point is 200°C
