Application:

3D printing will be into the life of people in the future, just like we use computer. Real dispense open mold, proofing, production, distribution agents, department store, a lot of link such as consumers, than platform shoes, cups, toys and so on.
All things in our life can be achieved by 3D printing production and use, and completely change the traditional mode of production and ways of distribution. It will be a high-tech technology revolution.
Feature:
I . Before produce extruding filament ,we will dry ABS and PLA for a enough time (3-5 hours).
II. Mix with colors masterbatch or colors powder, all which .certified with ROHS.
2.Production process:
I. we have diameter laser detect kits to control extruding rate on line, when diameter smaller or higher than accept range, the laser detect kits will adjust the extruding rate faster or slower to make diameter range at acceptable.
PLA 3D printer filament is 210-235°C, melting point is 200°C
