Description of products:

Vertical mold clamping, externally added disk, supporting two separated injection systems, two upper molds installed on upper platen and two (three)lower molds installed on disk, bicolor(double material) or wrapping molding can be accomplished as the table rotates positively and reversely by 180C alternating.
Highly efficient disk, driven by gears, self lubricating, antiwear, copper fake bearing, fast rotation, accurate positioning, chrome-coated surface with anti-rust performance, good appearance and long durability.
4+4-section temperature control, multi-section injecting, pressing and pressure retaining, injection velocity adjusted.
Combined or separated structure optional for clamping unit, 2-station standard disk, 3 or 4 stations optional if required, bringing more convenience for operations
Fully computerized double electric ruler control, automatic alarm, easy for eliminating failures and maintenance work, machine can be equipped with automatic inlaying or taking-out device to raise production capacity, with clamping force of 85T-400T.
