Mold Locking Unit:
- The burring, double -toogle three-link-rod five-hinged has the features of smooth motion, large moving die stroke;
- Fine riddty, four-stage mode lock pressure, speed, different quick mode lock device have multiple means of ejection functions;
- Automatic centralized lubrication system;
- Gear regulating the mould driven by oil motor;
- Electrical & mechanical satety protection device.
Injection Unit:
- Dual -cylinder parallet injection;
- Low speed high torque oil motor directly drives screws to complete the pre-injection, with anti-dripping device;
- Multiple-stage control for pressure, speed, position to inject, keep pressure, charge material.
Control Unit:
- It ultilizes the plastic jetting-moulding machine special-purpose computer, CPU work divison control treatment, the ejection;
- Clamp, injection actions can choose linear displacement sensor for its control;
- It also real-timely monitors various actions and gives automatic warning for its defects;
- Multiple-unit plastic moulding data memory system.
Hydraulic Unit:
- It employs the imported hudrautic elements and components, uses the propotional pressure, propotional flow means, offers live load dynamic force;
- Double injecting move jar vertical balance on both sides of injection tube, insured that spray nozzle can not be skew;
- The sealing is good and do not leak the glue;
- Low noise & rapid response oil pump system;
- Adopting the cooling water flow distributor, controlling the cooling temperature easily.

1, Instruction for Installation and Debugging:
Before delivery, Tonva takes responsibility for debugging of machines, in order to make sure provided machine could be safely and smoothly put into operation.
Tonva also takes responsiblity to have debugging overseas, and clients aborad please firstly send invitation, then provide our engineer with round-trip tickets, accommodation, vehicle and USD80 per day for salary.
2, User Training:
Before delivery, Tonva will take responsiblity to indoctrinate technical training to the users so that they could understand machines' features and could operate the mahcine by themselves.
3, Warranty Period:
The warranty period for Tonva machines is one year with a life-long maintenance. If the user requires special quality guarantee, other stipulated warranty period may be made after mutual agreement.
