Application of PV cable (solar cable)
Double insulated, electron-beam cross-linked cables for Photovoltaic power applications. Photovoltaic cable is mainly used in the line-line photovoltaics equipment systems under maximum 1.8kV DC voltage with safety class II. It should be compatible with standard joint and connection system.
Construction
- Conductor: Tinned fine copper strands, according to VDE 0295 / IEC 60228, class 5
- Insulation: Polyolefin Copolymer electron-beam cross-linked
- Outer sheath: Polyolefin Copolymer electron-beam cross-linked
- Sheath colour: Black or as per requirement
