LB800 asphalt mixing plant is easy to install and dismantle with short transport period for its modular design. Compared with other large asphalt plant equipment, LB500 asphalt plant provide oil furnace heating and free heating burner for choose and bag house and water dust collector for choose.

3. Oil Burner: made in Italy, capacity: 500kg/h

5. Filler Supply System: 0.5m3 filler bin (adjustable)
6. Bitumen Supplying System: 1*20m3 bitumen tank (adjustable)
7. Mixing Tower: 500kg/batch twin shaft mixer, 22kW Siemens's motor
8. Pneumatic System: 1.05Nm3/min air compressor
9. Finished Asphalt Storage Bin: 30t storage bin under mixer
