Our Advantages Compared with Other Suppliers:
1. Rain proof design: No extra charge, the genset can be directly used and exposed in outdoors without necessity of extra shelter for protection.
Others competing units maynot be rainproof or rainproof needs much additional charge
2. Unique noise reduction technology, noise of ultra-silent genset is only 57-62dBA at 7m.
Others will reach at least 68dBA
3. 60℃ radiator is used on all gensets so they can be used in all weather conditions without power reduction or overheat.
Others may use only 40℃ or 50℃ radiator, cooling effect is not as good as Aztechy units, overheat may happen
4. The genset housing is separated into four cavities,
1) engine and alternator cavity
2) muffler cavity
3) radiator and electronic fan cavity
4) battery cavity
So the genset can run at very low nose and genset size is quite small. Internal temperature of the genset housing is kept 40-50℃.
This design is OUMA patent. Others assemble these parts in a single housing, high temperature in the housing, battery is not safe
5. Radiator motor for central AC is used for the radiator fan, so the fan can withstand high or low temperature(-40℃）and high corrosion environment with service life of 20,000 hours.
Others use common fan, only 500 hours warranty, nose is high. OUMA use two special silent fans: one is big, the other is small, cooling if perfect
6. 2.0mm cold-rolled steel for the canopy, rigid and corrosion resistant. Painting is by electrostatic spraying, no color difference of fading within 5years.
Others only use 1.8mm hot-rolled steel with poor strength with common painting. Not good looking, color fade or painting peel-off may occur not long
7. Relay, fuse and AVR are in one box for easy maintenance or repair.
8. Battery switch is equipped to switch off battery when genset is not in use, so power loss of battery can be avoided.
Others do not use this or at least not use for genset below 100kva, battery would discharge or die quickly
9. Check valve to prevent fuel returning back to fuel tank and inlet of air to the fuel pipe, so easy start of genset after long time of non-use.
Others do not use this, start failure of genset may occur
10. 6-8 mounting pads, minimize vibration to a perfect level.
Others use only 4 mounting pads, vibration is big, not good for genset performance and durability
11. 15 months or 1200 running hours warranty, whichever comes first.
Others only provide 12 months or 1000 running hours
12. Two big service doors with keys. Auto type door rubber seal strip and high quality noise attenuation sponge and flame-retardant sponge are applied. All the Sponges are with SGS certificate.

Assembling bolts are hidden with weather proof rubber, so no rust would happen and also enhance aesthetic looking.

For control panel, we use Smartgen, Deepsea, DATA, etc. international well-known brands which have reliable quality.
Flame-retardant sponge
1200℃ high temperature resistant and fireproof special high quality sponge , while others use common sponge, cost is more than double , which is safe.
Internal Parts
Battery switch, so as to keep battery not losing power while in genset is long time no use.
We are using 8 anti-vibration dampers, not most factories are using 4.
Fuel non-return valve to prevent fuel returning back to fuel tank and inlet of air to the fuel pipe,so easy start of genset after long time of non-use.
