  • Anilox roller (steel)  275 LPI screen
  • Impression roller Hard chrome Plated and ground.
  • Hydraulic engagement of print cylinders Inking rollers rotate and plate cylinders retract when printing is stopped, avoiding drying of ink on rollers

One set of Printing Cylinders with print repeat 12" included with the machine. Extra cylinders can be offered as per size

  • Solid Casting design to minimize vibration to maintain registration
  • Web Aligner On Roll Unwind (EPC)
  • Rewinding of the roll with Torque motor & controller
