The major compenent of the pultrusion machine:
- FIBER: fiberglass or basalt fiber
- RESIN: Polyester, exopy, vinyl ester.
The finished Productions:
Profile products: round pipe, square pipe, angle, window&door profile, fiberglass rebar/rod, basalt fiber rebar.
the feature of pultrusion machine:
The line mainly consists of roving racks,resin bath,winding,heating,traction machine,cutting saw and racks for finished products
1) roving rackst: used to place the yarn spool, adopts the welding structure of steel plate,steel pipe and angle iron.
2) Winding device: adopts gear drive,wind the bolt thread,the winding speed is controlled by the frequency inverter.
3) Heating device: adopts cast aluminnium heater,intelligent temperature controller to control the temperature. The heating box adopts mesh structure and it is easy to open it and clean the dropping resin,filled with insulation materials inside.
4) The machine can produce two/four pieces of FRP rebar at the same time.
