Product Introduction

Production Features & Applications
EPE Foam Sheet is a new type of packing material also named as pearl cotton .It is an ideal substitute of traditional packing material for many advantages including dampproof, shockproof, sound insulation, heat preservation and high plasticity. As a new type packing material it is widely used in the packing of electronic product, commodity, glass, ceramic, household apparatus, spraying, furniture, hardware product and toy.
1. Polyethylene foamed sheet (film) produced by this line, also named as pearl cotton, is a kind of new-type packing material
2. It is an ideal substitute of traditional packing material for many advantages including Damp-proof, shock-proofing, sound insulation, heat preservation, good plasticity. .
3. EPE foam is of light, soft and flexible texture and has such properties as excellent resistance to impact, moisture, grease, heat, sound, noise, coldness, corrosion, aging, etc., serving as an ideal eco-friendly packaging material.
4. Used widely in the packing of electronic products, daily necessities, glass, pottery, electrical household appliances, spraying, furniture, hardware, toys etc.
5. This equipment adopts high speed hydraulic filter changer which has steady feature, can realize change the filter immediately without stopping the machine
6. The foaming shaping machine adopts PLC control, touch screen operation, easily to operate.
