Overview

To separate PET bottles to flakes from PE/ PP label, cap, oil, garbage, protect the environment, avoid white pollution.

Recycled PET can be used again to produce PET-based plastic products, e.g. bottles (not food & beverage-grade), fiber/cloth, sheet, strap band and, etc.

Features:

The whole line is fully automatic and it has characteristics of high efficiency, low noise and easy operation.
The line can easily wash and recycle waste PET bottle flakes ,which includes PE/PP labels, PVC labels, paper labels, HDPE cups, glue, mud, beverage leftover, oil, and scrap iron.
It adopts hot water washing to get good quality. Various output capacities can be chosen: 500kg/h, 1000kg/h, and 2000kg/h(Customized).
The degree of cleaning is as much as 96% and the degree of drying is as much as 98%.
