Overview
To separate PET bottles to flakes from PE/ PP label, cap, oil, garbage, protect the environment, avoid white pollution.
Recycled PET can be used again to produce PET-based plastic products, e.g. bottles (not food & beverage-grade), fiber/cloth, sheet, strap band and, etc.

Features:
- The whole line is fully automatic and it has characteristics of high efficiency, low noise and easy operation.
- The line can easily wash and recycle waste PET bottle flakes ,which includes PE/PP labels, PVC labels, paper labels, HDPE cups, glue, mud, beverage leftover, oil, and scrap iron.
- It adopts hot water washing to get good quality. Various output capacities can be chosen: 500kg/h, 1000kg/h, and 2000kg/h(Customized).
- The degree of cleaning is as much as 96% and the degree of drying is as much as 98%.
