Performance and Features
1. This machine is suitable to process roll-shaped plastic film such as PE, PVC with blank or color for bag making, it can produce package for napkin etc.
2. This machine can add enhance plastic slice, punch hand hole and dash line etc..
3. The film feeding is controlled by photocell ensure the accuracy of material feeding
4. Photocell control color bag making, ensure the bag making co-ordinate to printing picture. The machine equipped with local latest computer stepping controller with features such as easy length setting, count setting, compensation etc.
5. Adopt imported frequency inverter, stable speed regulation, with features as over current protection, low voltage protection or direct current control, over loading stop.
6. Equipped with automatic hot sealing knife lift device, the hot sealing knife can break away from the film automatically, avoid damage the film.
7. According to the thickness of the film, the automatic temperature controller can regulates the welding temperature automatically.
8. This machine has the automatic function of feeding, sealing, cutting, re-welding, count, stacking and alarm etc. Automation degree and production efficiency have caught up with the words advanced levels in the same kinds of product. This machine produces more than 12,000 bags par day.
