Principle descriptions
As water flows into the filter cylinder from the inlet, impurities will be left on the inner wall of the cylinder while the purified water flows out. When the impurities accumulated to a certain number, or the pressure difference of the selfcleaning filter reaches a preset number, or the washing time arrived, the filter will start the selfcleaning processes, including two steps: First, open the automatic drain valve of the filter. Then, electronic motors drive the cleaning brushes which are inside the filter’s screen, so the impurities will be intercepted by the screen and discharged from the sewage valve. The whole working system is controlled by a smart control box equipped with the device, ensuring to automatically clean the filter without stopping water supply. The system has several control modes: pressure difference, time, manual and PLC control.
With the advantages of high filtration precision, short backwashing time, low water consumption and low pressure loss, automatic selfcleaning filters of DLD series are able to realize the following functions without stopping water supply: automatic cleaning and drainage, equipped with three operation functions, namely pressure difference, time and manual, to ensure you a stable and quality water supply.
