What is a honeycomb panel?

A honeycomb panel consists of a sheet of honeycomb core (eg. Aluminum honeycomb) sandwiched between sheets of Aluminum or cured Prepreg laminates to provide an exceptionally stiff yet lightweight board.

What is the minimum order quantity for honeycomb panels?

The minimum order quantity is one square meter for regular specifications. For customized products such as super wide, super long, super thick, special treated, special shape etc, the minimum order quantity should be upon discussion with sales engineers.

Is it possible to purchase smaller quantities of panels?

Yes, Pasia prepares some stock of regular specifications of products in our warehouse for some small trial customes. Please check with our sales engineer to see if your requirede specification is available for sell.

How much do panels cost?

The price depends on the materials used and the quantities required. Generally speaking, price per square meter range

What is the price range of honeycomb?

Honeycomb prices range from $1 to $300 per square meters generally, depending on the core material, glue, cell size, density, core panel thickness, width, length and so on.

How is honeycomb supplied?

Honeycomb is supplied preexpanded in sheet form and packed in carton and wooden crates by Pasia which will help customers who do not have expanding equipment but will increase greatly  logistic cost or in block form for expansion by the customer .

What information should I provide with for a quotation for Panels?

We need information as below:

- Panel dimensions: Length x Width x Thickness (define thickness as either the core or the bonded panel with skins).

- Any special dimensional tolerances

- Panel construction including:

-- Skin type and thickness

-- Adhesive (if known)
