1. Introduction
Galvanized Hexagonal Mesh
Galvanized Hexagonal Mesh, uniformly partitioned, are wire made containers of various sizes. It is interconnected with other similar containers and filled with stones at the site of use to form flexible, permeable, monolithic structures such as retaining walls, sea walls, channel linings, revetments and weirs for earth retention. In order to strengthen the boxes, all the edges of structure are selvedged with wire of greater diameter. Galvanized Hexagonal Mesh is divided into cells by diaphragms positioned at approximately 1m centers. The wire is heavily zinc coated and for protection it can also be PVC coated. Stainless steel wire is also available according to customers’ special order.
Galvanized Hexagonal Mesh is supplied in various sizes. 2m in length, 1m in width and 1m in height is the most popular size. The diameter of the wire used can also be varied.

6. Company Information
The company, with more than 100 experienced employees, has two workshops, one is for the gabion machine making, the other is for the gabion&mattress making. It has a production facility of more than 10 complete sets of gabion production line and four million square meters hexagonal wire mesh(gabion box) each year.
