Usage
PCS-800 Model is research base on pp woven fabric cutting & sewing technology ,suit for cutting & sewing plastic mesh bag ,pp woven bag.It’s control by computer ,adopt dual(double)-servo motor ,five frequency inveter to control & drive.
Bag cutting and sewing by this machine with good effect ,collection effect is in good stack.can save about 70% larbor cost.
Work Process
For Plastic Mesh Bag :
Loading Material Roll→Unwinding→Deviation Correct→Length Count→Cutting→Mechanism Hand Feeding→Insert Trademark Label→First Bottom Folding→Ultrasonic Sealing→Second Bottom Folding→Sewing→Sewing Suture Cut Off→Number Counting→Collection.
For PP Woven Bag:
Loading Material Roll→Unwinding→Deviation Correct→Length Count→Cutting→Mechanism Hand Feeding→First Bottom Folding→Second Bottom Folding→Sewing→Sewing Suture Cut Off→Number Counting→Collection.
Function
Machine is control by program ,production data is operate on touch screen:Bag length ,Bag width,Bag Distance,Needle Distance,Production Speed,Quantity Count,Stack Convey,Fault Alarm.
1.Whole Machine Frame Made Of 10mm thickness Steel Plate.
2.With Touch Screen Operate,Simple And Intuitive,High Automation Level. System Alarm,Easy To Know Work Condition And Fault.
3.Adopt servo motor to drive ,five frequency inveter to control.can accurately control machine working precision and bag length.
4.Adopt Mechanism Hand To Feed ,Make Bag Can Accurately Feed To Bottom Folding And Sewing Device.
