SQ series endless continous tractors is a wire rope traction coal mine auxiliary transportation system, consist of endless-rope tractor winch, tension device, shuttle,tail wheel etc.
SQ series endless continous tractors are mainly for underground coal face gateway, to climb the mountain mining area and concentrate tunnelling.It directly used of existing underground rail system,to achieve continous direct transportation without reproduced.
SQ series endless continous tractors is suitable to long-distance, large angle, changeble slope,large-tonnage mining conditions of common rail transportation. It ismainly solve to the working face material,equipment and people transport, especially electric hydraulic support whole transportation. It is also used for metal underground mining rail and ground rail transportation.
Main constructure:
SQ series endless continous tractors consist of winch, tension device, shuttle, tail wheel, compression wheels, rope wheels and whole electric control etc.Be combined into transportation system through wire rope .
1.Winch:
Winch is main power the whole system.
2.Tension device:
Can absord the wire rope's stretched out parts created by deformation,and provide tension power for winch.
3.Shuttle cart:
Shuttle cart is used to connect with the mining car, falt car and material car etc. With the function of rope breakage protection, fixing and holding the wire rope.
