   The DFHD-20 is a full hydraulic Horizontal Directional Drilling Rig self-propelled with rubber crawler belts, integrated with power station and main power. It is convenient for moving and powerful of flexibility.

Main Features

 

1.Equipped with Cummins diesel engine, the rig is powerful with stable property.
2.Adopting double-motor driven to the power head, the rotation will be steady with large torque. The power head equips with self-float shackle device to reduce the wearing of screw thread of the drilling rod, and then the operation will be easy and stable.
3.All hydraulic hoses are covered into the protecting jacket to increase the service life. Convenient angle-adjusting cylinder, flexible adjusting of incidence drilling angle, adopting motor-chain machanism to the feeding pull-back, the same thrust power and pulling capacity, effect the direction controlling at a long distance easily.
4.Double-holder makes the rod loading and unloading efficient.
5.The DFHD-20 rig is with the advantages of full hydraulic driven, centralization control, easy and nimble to operate.

1. What will you do using drilling rig?
---For water project, core sample, soil test, mineral prospect or others?

2. The depth you need?
---For water well, generally, 30-200m. For core sample, 30-600m, even more. 

3. Any requirements to hole diameter?
---Within a certain range, the smaller diameter, the deeper depth. Mathematically, we call it inversely proportional.

4. Working land condition?
A. soil, sand, weathered land, etc. soft stratum.
B. soil, sand, soft and hard rock stratum, mixed one. 
C. Mainly hard rock, like granite.
