  Pulping system

Main equipments:pulper 2m3,37kw,2sets;vibration screen 1.8m2,4kw,2set;mixer,4sets;pulp pump, water

pump, control cabinet etc.

Forming system

Two types of forming machine for option: One is XW2-6650 forming machine,1set;platen size: 660×500mm,with two separated platens; operated

by two workers independently; suitable for small scale production of the products in small size; after forming,

the wet products should be received manually from the forming machine and collected to the carts by manual;

The molds should be cleaned by workers;  forming efficiency:2-5cycles/min. The other is XW-12066Y forming

machine, 1set; platen size:1200*660mm;1set of platen; Operated by 1or 2 workers at the together;suitable

for large scale production of the products in big size. The wet products will be transferred out and discharged

on the carrier automatically and the workers should collect the products from the carrier to the carts.Mold

cleaning system has been equipped.Forming efficiency:2-4cycles/min.equipped with control cabinet.

Drying system Outline dimension: 32080×2950×3600mm; single layer conveying chain. Heated by unit and the temperature

of each unit could be controlled independently;multi burners with French or Italian brand.The enery for option:

LPG,GAS,diesel oil. Equiped with auto control cabinet.

Hot pressing system

Used press the products after drying; 7sets;platen size:600*480mm;power 6KW;with counter and safety

protection appliance; The pressure and temperature can be adjusted. adopting the gas-liquid pressurized

technology.Equipped with control cabinet.

Subsidiary Equipments Vacuum pump, 37kw, 1 set; air compressing system: air compressor (22kw, 1set), air dryer, air filter and air

storage tank.
